It is finally time to Harness the Power!!
My most recent video contained an error. Evidently 90 degrees equals pi over two radians and not 2pi radians. Who knew? Oh, I did, but I made a mistake. Thank you to Mr. Magoo for graciously pointing out the error. :-) Oh, and I uploaded a corrected version.
Simple harmonic motion graphs. Could it be more simple?
And now the derivations of velocity and acceleration as a function of time in simple harmonic motion.
We all make mistakes and I made one in the video I posted last Sunday. Thank you to Christopher Becke for continuing to point out my errors. Here is a corrected version. The fix starts at about 3:30, in case you were curious.
And now the derivation of position as a function of time in simple harmonic motion.
Short. Simple. Useful. Did you know Circular Motion, when viewed from the side, is Simple Harmonic Motion?
Yep, I make physics videos in the hope that you can learn physics. If you are a physics teacher, I am very hopeful that you will want to use them to help flip your physics class.
