Crossroads

In the summer of 1998 I made the decision to stop being an engineer and become a high school physics teacher because I felt that I could make a greater impact on the world.  Now, 15 years later, I have come to a similar crossroads.  I have decided to stop being a traditional physics teacher and concentrate all of my time on creating the Billy, Bobby and Bo Flipping Physics lectures.  Hopefully, I will be able to teach many more people in various parts of the world.  I will miss all of my students greatly and I am excited to see where this new journey takes me.  Please wish me luck.

I'm so happy I took physics when I did and was lucky enough to use you! You made it so fun and easy to learn and I've never had a teacher quite as amazing as you.

You were the best teacher I've ever had and inspired me in many ways. Just like choosing to be a teacher made an impact on so many students, I know these videos will do the same and even more. Good luck on this new amazing journey, and I wish you the best!

Thank you for all you did for me Mr. Palmer. You gave me confidence in math and science, someplace I thought I would never have thought I would be able to find any. Thank you also for just being an all around kind person, people like you are hard to find. Thank you for teaching us, and thank you for showing us new ways to use our brains.

Mr. Palmer,
Best wishes with this new direction in your life. The past two years I've spent with you have made me not just a better student, but a better person. Northville is losing the best teacher it has ever had, but hopefully, the whole world will get to experience you. You changed me Mr. Palmer. Now CHANGE THE WORLD.

Keep in touch!

Thank you so much for being such a great teacher and for being an inspiration to myself and so many other students at Northville. You will inspire many more students around the world through your videos, and good luck in everything you do.

Hi Mr. Palmer,

Although I have never met you in person, I would like you to know that I've watched through most of your Physics C classroom videos in order to supplement my independent study of the course. Your teaching ability is quite incredible and I have to say I've really been inspired by what you have done for your students. Thank you for making such a rigorous class become so enjoyable.

Best wishes,
Kevin

Yep, I make physics videos in the hope that you can learn physics.  If you are a physics teacher, I am very hopeful that you will want to use them to help flip your physics class.
